We are Tracy & Lance Deloria, breeders of Lakeland Terriers & Rocky and Spotted Mountain Horses. We are also A.K C. registered all-breed handlers, specializing in Terriers.

Delzar Farm is a small, 16 acre farm, located outside of Greenville, SC. We are minutes off of I-85. We have 16 acres fenced and cross fenced with a 5 stall, and one foaling stall barn. Our kennel operation consists of 14 cement runs, and 4 long exercise kennels. With the entire kennel facility enclosed with another 6 foot tall privacy fence, for added security and safety of our dogs.
Our primary business is that of showing and conditioning A.K.C. registered dogs, specializing in Terriers. We have owned and bred top winning Lakeland Terriers for nearly 14 years. But, I (Tracy)have always loved horses. I always dreamed of someday owning, breeding and riding beautiful , loveable, calm, sweet, gentle horses. Not knowing that was possible with a horse, since I was always told that "horses aren't anything like dogs", they're not "personable" , until meeting a Rocky Mountain stallion 6 years ago. The rest is history.

Although we absolutely love the "puppy dog", calm disposition of the Rocky Mountain Horse, we have recently been enjoying some of our friends' Speed Racking/Single-Footer Horses. And I have to say, we have decided to swing our breeding program from all Rockies to add the SHOBA registered horses. With this said, we also have decided to sell some of our Rockies which include mares confirmed in foal, incredible trail ready geldings, a beautiful red chocolate (silver bay) stallion (red gene negative) and a few weanlings that we had originally planned to grow up and use in our original breeding programs, of our Mountain Horses. Realize, you can't keep them all....even though I wish I could. I love every horse we have here on the farm. They have the best of temperaments, smooth gaits, level heads, good looks, great color, and "puppy dog" dispositions.
We have all sizes and colors. And will entertain any offers. Including package deals. Time is not allowing me to put up pictures of every horse here, but I can e-mail pics anytime, and much faster than updating this website.
